Department Resource Guide

The Department Resource Guide is where you can see each department’s organization chart and job roles.  This guide is intended to help you redirect questions and support to the appropriate individual in each department.

Your Paycom Employee Self Service Portal

Paycom is PeakMade’s payroll and human resource services platform where you can find your enrolled benefits, salary information, tax documents, PTO hours, and more. You can login using your personal username, password, and the last four digits of your SSN.

POPs Documents on The Pointe

The Pointe is PeakMade’s intranet, housing all of our day-to-day documents that you might need throughout the year. You can login
using your PeakMade e-mail and password.

FASTTRACK Program

PeakMade’s FastTrack Program is offered quarterly and designed to provide opportunities for on-site team members to advance and accelerate their career towards a Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor role.  Participants are nominated by their supervisor and Regional Manager and enroll in a structured course to prepare them for the responsibilities of their future desired role.

Mentorship Program

PeakMade’s Mentorship Program is offered twice a year and gives experienced Peak managers the opportunity to help foster the growth of our newest team members.   Prospective mentors go through a certification process comprised of refresher courses and advanced knowledge tests to demonstrate their expertise in their role.  Once certified, mentors are assigned mentees throughout the year to support through training.

SENIOR RECOGNITION PROGRAM

The Senior Recognition Program is offered twice a year and is designed to recognize, promote, and provide career advancement opportunities to top performing Leasing Managers, Assistant Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors within PeakMade. Senior applicants are nominated by their supervisor and Regional Manager and go through an extensive review process by each department.  Recipients receive a new Senior title designation as part of their promotion and are recognized as experts in their role.

Cultivate Executive Mentorship Program

The Cultivate Executive Mentorship Program is offered twice a year and is designed to provide you the opportunity to have direct mentorship from one of our Executive or Senior Leadership team members. Program participants are nominated by their supervisor and Regional Manager, once approved, they get assigned an Executive mentor that best fits their opportunities for career growth.

Philanthropy Commitee

Peak Cares is PeakMade’s philanthropic committee focused on providing opportunities to give back to our local communities.  Peak Cares manages our global partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities in the US and Canada and has supported programs benefitting Feeding America, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, It’s On Us, and more.

LiveWell

Social, Financial, Physical, and Mental Wellbeing
LiveWell is PeakMade’s program focused on promoting healthy lifestyles through a focus on social, financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.  LiveWell hosts fitness competitions like Minutes to Win It and Move It to Win It, promotes financial literacy seminars, and offers mindfulness classes to help support our team members throughout the year.
